All custom units are made using Pearlla Hair Extensions Raw Human hair. Please refer to the sizing Chart below for instructions on how to obtain the proper measurements for your custom wig unit. If you need help, please send an email to schedule a consultation: info@pearllahairextensionsco.com
Accurate measurements are key to having a wig that fits perfectly.
After you complete all you measurements, please provide them on the measurements field before placing your order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the completion of your custom wig. Once your wig is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
All custom units will include 5x5 Closure, and bundles below:
14-18 Inch (2 Bundles)
20-24 Inch (3 Bundles)
26-30 Inch (4 Bundles)
Shipping/ Returns
To ensure adequate processing time, please allow us 48 hours to begin processing the order before inquiring. Each and every time the status of your order changes, you will be notified by the email that you provided with your order. All orders placed before 1 p.m. (PST) will begin processing the same business day, otherwise all orders will begin processing the following business day. When ordering pre-sale items, please take note that the processing times may vary. All in stock items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 2-3 business days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order. We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped. All hair, bundles, closures & frontals are FINAL SALE.
